Francesco was born in Italy in late 70`s. At the age of 14 attended the college of food in “Viterbo” (north of Rome).

Even at a young age he was interested in the cooking “art” helping his mother Laura and spying secrets from “nonna Lella”. At the age of 15 he started his career in the catering business.

After finishing school and graduating was offered a job at the beautiful 4 stars hotel “La Badia” in Orvieto. After 5 years of experience in various hotels and restaurants decided to come to England to learn a bit of English. It was here he established his roots working in various Italian restaurants in Birmingham, but reached the top of his achievement during the last 3 years working at “Buonissimo restaurant” which is one of the few in the Midlands Italian-Mediterranean restaurant to enter the Michelin guide.

Adela was born in Czechoslovakia. At the age of 15 she attended the college of food in Poprad. After graduating she was working as a waitress in one of the most popular and beautiful skiing resorts of the country.

After few years she moved to Bratislava were she further enhanced her skills in the catering business working as bar manager. In 1998 she moved to England to improve her English.
In 2001 she got married to Francesco and they share a beautiful life together with their son Gabriel.
